Empty Bag Compactor
The empty bag compactor is used for simple and dust-free compacting and disposal of the already emptied bags. The empty bag compactor is suitable for compacting the following types of bags: Paper and plastics that are smooth or woven, as well as the combination of both: single-layer or multi-layer.

Discharge Aids

Vacuum Lifter
The vacuum lifter works only pneumatically and is used for easy handling of bags. It helps lifting bags from the pallet onto the conveyor belt.

Maintenance- and Mounting Aids
The mounting aids are an efficient way to support maintenance of lump breakers. The tool connects the two shafts of the shredding processor which are loaded with tools. Helping to easily mount the shafts into the housing.

Bag Forming Machine / “Bag Squeezer”
The bag forming machine can be used to break up compacted and agglomerated bags without breaking to outer bag material. This device presses the bags with multiple sets of rollers. It is typically placed upstream of the Bag Emptying Machine but can also be used as stand-alone machine.

Remote Control for Commissioning, Service and Maintenance
The remote maintenance module allows access to the control cabinet from remote locations. The machine can therefore be monitored, configured, controlled, updated or administered remotely. It is either accessible via LAN or WAN.

Depalletizer
The Depalletizer is the next level of automation. Using this device, the process of picking single bags from the pallet and placing it on the machine does not require an operator anymore!

Pallet Lifter with tilting mechanism
The Lifter is an ergonomic working aid for the operating personnel. While the lifting maintains a defined working height, the tilting allows a fast and easy grip of the bags. Simply pull it from the tilted pallet onto the conveyor belt of our Bag Emptying Machines.

Gantry Crane for Big Bag Emptying Machines
The crane gantry is designed to the dimensions of our Big Bag Emptying Machines. It is an alternative to the fork lift operation.

If your bulk bag emptying machine is installed outside: Be sure to avoid rainfall inside your equipment. Rain covers can come in two designs. Either to be put on with forklift or as fixed installation for automatic covering (lid flap).
