CEMTRANS

get bulk into the silo

image[]

Consists of a feeding hopper for emptying manually opened sacks, and then pneumatically transporting the material to the storage silo or working silo. This plant contains all the relevant components including an automatic conveyor control unit.

CEMOBIL (N)*

emptying fast and efficient

image[]

Compact unit similar to the CEMTRANS, but mounted on a frame consisting of a feed hopper, fan unit and material screw feeder including a measurement regulation and control system for automatic operation. A mobile version of the CEMOBIL is available. *(N) delivery pressure max. 0.9 bar

CEMOBIL (S)*

emptying bags or bulk transport vehicles

image[]

Like the CEMOBIL (N), this is a mobile or stationary compact unit. The difference is that the CEMOBIL (S) is equipped with a screw type compressor instead of a rotary piston blower. This unit has a double function. It can be used to transport the bulk materials from the manually emptied sacks. The CEMOBIL also easily empties bulk transport vehicles and railway wagons without an on-board compressor. *(S) the maximum operating pressure is 2.5 bar

CEMBULK

unload bulk loads

image[]

Compressor station with or without sound insulation for unloading bulk transport vehicles and railway wagons without an on-board compressor.

CEMATIC

bag emptying fully automatically

image[]

Unit for automatic opening and emptying of sacks made of paper, plastic, jute, sisal and combinations thereof. The sacks are transported by conveyor belt to the CEMATIC, where they are automatically opened by a circular blade, and then emptied in a rotating drum. The bulk material passes straight into a discharge hopper and from there it is transported by a pneumatic conveyor (CEMTRANS) to the storage silo or the working silo. The emptied sacks are compacted by an empty sack compressor for environment-friendly disposal. Capacity up to 1500 bags/hour.

CEMBREAK

breaking the lumps

image[]

There is a danger of bulk materials becoming lumpy if they are stored in FIBCs or sacks for a long time. A lump breaker is fitted between the discharge hopper and the inlet to the pneumatic conveyor to break up these agglomerations before they reach the pneumatic conveyor.

CEMBAG

emptying BIG-BAGs

image[]

This plant is for rapid emptying of FIBCs of all sizes and any material. The bulk material receiving hopper has a capacity of 2.5 m³. Accessories include an air dispersion unit in the discharge cone, dust extraction equipment, walkway platforms, level indicators and the pneumatic conveyor system (CEMTRANS and CEMBREAK).

CEMBAG MOBILE

the mobile version...

image[]

A mobil plant for rapid emptying of FIBCs of all sizes and any material. The bulk material receiving hopper has a capacity of 2.5 m³. Accessories include an air dispersion unit in the discharge cone, dust extraction equipment, walkway platforms, level indicators and the pneumatic conveyor system (CEMTRANS and CEMBREAK).

CEMRAIL

unloading railway wagons

Large volume tanks for rapid gravity unloading of railway wagons, with filter and discharge aids.

CEMLOAD

loading equipment for bulk
