Handling BIG-BAGs
Functional Description - BIG-BAG Emptying Sequence
1.) Transport big bags by forklift. Lift onto big bag discharge hopper with forklift or on-site crane
2.) Fix BIG-BAG in the discharge position.
3.) Lower the BIG-BAG onto the circular slitting blade fitted on top. Underneath of big bag is slit open automatically under its own weight.
4.) Lift the emptied BIG-BAG, and swing it aside and lower it with the crane or forklift.
The effective discharge time depends on local handling systems and the flow characteristics and quality of the product contained in the BIG-BAG.
